Doing up houses started in 2005 and has included new builds. Maternity leave allowed a change of career and property trading, managing our own rentals and property finding has been my business since 2013.
Over this time I have built up great relationships with reliable trades people and suppliers which ensures I get builders, plumbers and electricians there when I need them.
Understanding how important communication is to my clients, I give a weekly progress report to keep everyone updated.
My Process
It all starts at your property. I walk with you through the property and take notes and photos. We discuss your needs, proirities and budget.
I then put together a proposal complete with scope of works, time lines and budget plan.
Once the proposal is appoved, I get started and you can relax!

The out-of-town investor had owned this property for 10 years and it had been tenanted and was looking tired. She engaged my services to fully project manage this tired property to a high standard ready for market.
